All News and Posting Categories
News Headlines:
This section for the most part features press releases submitted to our staff by email or culled from national/regional news outlets. We display approximately 2 days worth of posts on our home page with all others retrievable through our archived pages.
We encourage our media personnel, marketing and PR professionals, company communications reps and our readers to submit their news items. Please make sure to REGISTER FIRST so that we can have your contact information on file and to enable us to provide you with guidelines for submission.
Event Listings:
This category features upcoming events, meetings, seminars, workshops etc. where the goal is to drive attendance or to alert other media personnel.
Please keep in mind our publications focus on the business and professional community when submitting your item.
Submission are accepted via email, but we ask that you REGISTER FIRST.
The most recent postings are listed on our home page and in our email update with a full chronological listing available in our archive section.
For best results, please submit announcements no more than three weeks and not less than 5 days in advance of the event. All postings are displayed by date on the current month's archived page, however only the most recent 10 or so are displayed on our home page.
While our staff does 'table' some submissions for posting at a date closer to the event, announcements submitted too far in advance risk being lost in the shuffle.
Please submit only one announcement per event, unless something material has changed.
Guest Columns:
Carolina Newswire provides rich content from featured experts in various fields. Articles from guest columnists cover a range of subjects - some serious, some on the lighter side - that we feel our readers will enjoy and find useful.
We are always looking for new contributions. They may bring new light on previously covered subjects or touch upon new areas. Business practices, marketing and sales, technology and IT developments plus personal fitness and motivation are just a few of the more popular topics.
In addition to being distributed though our email edition and displayed on our home page, columns are also featured in our experts' section with a link to background information and company overview.
The Web Ticker
This section contains links to outside web sites with headlines of stories from around the internet. The Web Ticker is CarolinaNewswire's custom news feed bringing
you interesting tidbits from the worlds of technology, science, health, medicine, business and many times the unusual.
