Program Director for TotalCare IT Solutions
Tim Finnegan is the Director of the TotalCare Program at Alphanumeric Systems, a Raleigh-based technology solutions provider that has served the Southeast for more than 27 years. Alphanumeric has continued to grow and has been recognized as the Triangle’s top IT Networking Company for the last four years. Offering lines of business in Managed Services, Information Technology Consulting, Staffing and Recruiting Services, and Hardware/Software Procurement, Alphanumeric is a highly respected solutions provider throughout the Southeast.
In his current capacity, Mr. Finnegan is responsible for the company’s TotalCare line of Managed Services- a comprehensive suite of proactive monitoring and support services designed to meet the needs of small and medium businesses. His 17-year career in the technology arena spans from the late ‘80s days of centralized computing to current leading-edge technologies such as behavioral modeling, autonomic computing, and identity management. Finnegan has consistently focused his energies on IT solutions that address critical business drivers—lowering costs, increasing revenue, and mitigating risk. In his various roles at Alphanumeric Systems over the past 9 years, he has brought his unique industry experience to bear, working to ensure that the company’s strategic direction reflects best-of-breed technology solutions that enable reliable, secure, and more efficient business operations
