Expert's Corner: Lee Rosen
Founder, Rosen Law Firm
Lee Rosen is a Board Certified Family Law Specialist and founder of Rosen Law Firm. Rosen has more than twenty years experience and training in negotiation, litigation and collaborative resolution of divorce matters, which has been his area of practice since he began his legal career in 1987.
He is active in bar association activities and is a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education programs across the country. Rosen has spoken on behalf of the North Carolina Bar Foundation, American Bar Association, Wake Forest University School of Law, National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, Campbell University School of Law, National Business Institute and a number of other providers of continuing legal education. Rosen has authored numerous articles for legal and lay publications.
Rosen has served as a Council member of the North Carolina Bar Association Family Law Section, as chairperson of several committees of the American Bar Association and as editor of Family Forum, a publication of the North Carolina Bar Association Family Law Section. Rosen currently serves as a legal advisor to the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges and as a member of the editorial board of the Family Advocate, the largest circulation family law publication in the country. He received his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University Law School and received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
